Yes, sound really quick for a 2nd year model face lift. And second, wonder how much of the comp pkg will be available as retro fit for 2015 models? Certainly IDrive updates, performance software upgrades and 20" wheels shouldn't be a problem.

I heard of the drive update but my source is telling me comp wont be till 2017 on both M3/M4. but who knows right you never know what BMW has up their sleeves. I guess we will just have to wait and find out. Im hoping a few months before release we will have some intel

There is always something new on the horizon its impossible to keep up.

Like these so much better than current blk 19" that stop short of the chrome colored strip to the center hub.

Interesting my CA was at M school like 2 weeks ago and they told him no M3/M4 comp pack in 2016. I guess we will see.

Yes but...

1)It was massively needed as the 08 Idrive was worthless.
2) You have a 7 series coming out that is supposed to debut the full upgraded system. Doubt the M3 would do this at the same time.

It has already been confirmed that the F8X is getting LCI for MY2016 in numerous other threads.

I seriously doubt though that the Competition Package will make it for MY2016.

I heard it was getting a 4.6L V8 that revvs to 9K is combined with direct injection and produces 450 hp / 380 LB FT...

Sales of M3s are lagging so perhaps a comp package will boost them for 2016. Usually whenever there are lots of rumors, there may be some truth behind 'em.

I think you mean M4, M3's seem to be moving quite fast from the lots.

Check current lease residuals for M3- all time high- as they are trying to move more of them vs. M4s.
