Youtube videos are good, but there's no replacement for experieince. Do some car control clinics with your local BMW CCA chapter. It will change how you react in your car. Wouldn't it be nice to have correction become instinctual? Car control clinics help you get there...

Nice video! I was just telling my GF about taking traction control off to allow for wheel spin, especially in deep snow.
Another good tip not mentioned was setting your suspension to the softest setting if you can. In poor traction conditions the car needs a bit more body roll. A stiff suspension can overpower the tires with the limited amount of traction available to them and make the car less predictable. |
