Dilemma - Sell or Keep 2015 F80
Have a 2022 X5M Comp on order and deciding to keep or sell my F80 is starting to nag me. F80 is a 2015 with 66k miles and manual and with the way manuals are disappearing at an alarming rate, this might be the last one I ever own.
F80 sits in the garage all winter, seeing action on the warmest of Maryland winter days (just quick rides to get it up to operating temperature and then back in the garage on the battery tender). Not a money issue but an issue of duplicating vehicles. |

As a fellow manual owner of 16' I'd keep it. I've got 3 cars and really only need 2. Each and every time I get everything in order to sell the M3, something tells me way on down the road I would kick myself and say " I used to have a manual F80, man I should have kept that thing."
Just my 2c. |

Same with my f80 manual. I'm coming up on the 3 year mark and I usually don't keep cars longer than that. Thinking of buying something new but nothing really interests me as they're too heavy or have a torque converter auto. M2 is nice but basically the same car. Maybe I'd do an rs3 for the better sound... but haldex is understeer city. Giulia is unreliable. C63 is a boat.
With the crazy car market I may just sit on it since it's worth more than what I paid.

Keep Both
I have 2016 M3, garage queen, mostly because of our winter's, 10,800 miles but love it on the warm nice days but also have an X3 which is the daily and love both.

I got a 2015 M3. It's definitely a garage queen since I can walk to work. So it only gets like 2k mile a year. Been tempting to sell it for something else but every time I look at it there is no way I can let it go even though I need something roomier.

MT and money and space not an issue? Keep for sure. Its the last of the raw cars, and the X5M is no comparison. you will crave that raw car feel with the X5M
