install catless downpipes

anyone know where i can go to install catless downpipes on my f80 that isnt going to charge $1000 for labor? every place i call is saying its 7.5 hours of work when i see its not located in colorado willing to go anywhere in colorado

I would try shops in CO Springs. Don't know any that would do it in Denver metro area. They're really cracking down and imposing fines
