F80 M3 6MT Avus Blue

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
2018 manual M3 with competition package for sale or lease assumption. This is a very fun car to drive in immaculate mechanical condition, I looked after it well in case I ended up keeping it long term. Break-in service was done on time and the two subsequent services were done early at every 8k miles. Never been smoked or eaten in. I've done 3 autocrosses but no track days in this car.

The car has 3M Crystalline tint on all windows including the windshield, windshield tint is not really noticeable during the day or night when looking out from inside but it helps keep the car cool inside at all times.

2018 F80 M3
Avus Blue Metallic
Black Extended Merino Leather
6 Speed Manual
19,000 miles
$78,145 original MSRP

Options
-Driving Assistance Package
-Executive Package
-M Competition Package (silver 20" 666M wheels)
-Active Blind Spot Detection
-Apple CarPlay
-Wireless Charging

Lease Terms
-15,000 miles per year
-$1,096 per month including tax (I will give $2,000 if you assume the lease so effective payment goes down to $996)
-1,228 miles per month / 14,727 miles per year left on the lease
-$42,198.30 residual value

Asking $55,000 or you can assume the lease for $996 per month.

Hi, is the lease transferable to TX? If so, do you know what the tax implications?

12 months left on the lease, correct? Any MSDs or cash incentives?

21 months left on the lease, it should be transferrable anywhere but I'm not sure how tax works going from CA to TX to be honest. I sent BMW Financial Services a message so hopefully they can answer the tax question tomorrow.

MSDs weren't available so none applied to this lease, I'd like to get out of this lease cleanly without me paying cash on top.

BMW FS got back to me, Texas is a state that charges tax on leases but so is California. The $1,096 payment I posted is including taxes. It looks like Texas is at 6.25% which is lower than my 7.75% so your payment should actually go down a couple dollars if you take it over in Texas. You might want to confirm with somebody in Texas to be sure.

Price has been dropped to $55,000 or $996 per month (including $2,000 incentive given if you take over the lease).
