Update 4/5/2019

M Performance Exhaust installed! OMG what a sweet sounding exhaust. Sounds much deeper than the MPE on my non-ZCP '16 M3! Burbles are nice! The CS should have come with this from the factory!

1/27/2020

GC Camber plates and MPHAS added. Also went with 5mm rear and 15mm front spacers. Rear rubbed with anything but 5mm since I have 295 tires. My front 275's slightly rub the liner at full lock so I will be trying my spare set of 12mm next. Drop is moderate and the ride is still very good without being too harsh, which is why I went with the MPHAS. GC Camber Plates are at -2.5 right now and I'll be testing on the track after I get an alignment.

Here is a a few screen grabs of how I applied it. This is the passenger side "shark tooth" is what I call it- the protrusion on the lip. That's the only part of my lip that scrapes. I cut the trim to shape and smoothed it out with a dremel so the vinyl wouldn't "catch" on my driveway. You can see the damage my lip had already sustained after three trips up and down my driveway. I stacked another vinyl strip right behind it for added support and protection.

It does just like every other F8X but these are overlays that transmit the light farther down past the housings to show them like the other updated bimmers in the lineup.

I do not have the 12V in the footwell. There is a hole but the hardware is not there.

gotcha. We are trying to install a dashbam without hardwiring on my buddy's CS and he doesn't have a 12V socket in the footwell like mine so we are ool. Very interested on the LED "lens" does it just slide on?

I would pay a small fee to get that 12V socket back honestly, it's not like it's saving a ton of weight!

The inserts just slide up into the molding. Takes 5 minutes to do all 4 doors. I had a 3D printed set previously which didn't transmit the light evenly and became soft when I parked in the sun, causing warping. I threw them away. This one is solid plastic and works much better. I parked in the sun today so I'll find out if it gets warped!
