600 WHP is do able on stock turbos and E85, 800 is do-able with upgraded turbos.
Happy to help you dial something in. My car is making 612 to the wheels on Cary Jordan's E85 tune with stock turbos |

I have a mechanic that does work out of his house so I’ve saved a bit on labor..
Pure stage 2+’s, fuel-it stage 4 Pi, evolution of speed intake manifold, downpipes, boot mode tune, burger intakes... all said and done probably 10.5k or so in.. FYI all of my parts but the downpipe and tune obviously were purchased used. Sub 5 60-130 is going to require more that a budget build... |

Couple notes: 1. You can puchase any of these parts used, including the BM3 tune (not the custom tune obviously) 2. It’s definitely not the budget type of build. But very nice regardless 3. It will definitely be well over 600 bhp but wondering if what numbers this will achieve 4. Did you upgrade the intercooler as well? Are you using stock brakes or upgrading those as well? |

How do the labor estimates here look? Anything I forgot?
$8k for some turbos is pretty wild, it's 50% of the parts build cost lol. Could probably scrape by with cheaper ones. Don't really know if you need chargepipe if you aren't going to do meth. Do you really need heat exchange + intercooler upgrade for just highway pulls? Last edited by MuffinFlavored; 11-13-2019 at 09:43 PM.. |

A lot of that stuff can be found lightly used for far less in the classifieds. If you're running that kind of power through a stock engine and trans, something will fail, so keep that in mind.
As for the hours estimated, that's really going to come down to how experienced the mechanic is with the F8X platform. It could be substantially more if they don't know what they're doing. At the right shop, I'd say you're slightly high on a few and maybe a little low on others. |

Figure 30 hours for the crankhub Figure 10 hours for the turbo I don't see dyno time? Front mount heat exchanger is probably 4 hours

How does my labor estimate look for port injection setup? 5 hours for full system + controller + injectors?

Not sure on the port injection I didn't do that one (yet
VTT crankhub is more like 20. Any of them that you drill the crank requires more disassembly and is ~30. I think the drilled version is probably the better way to go, but they are all super expensive to install.
