About to do a full maintenance service as the car is at 70,000miles now.

Been running stage 2+ for a year now and previously was running stage 2 for a couple of years no hiccups. Always with stock plugs and 93 fueling.

Thinking of doing NGK plugs, what is best gap for them 0.020 or 0.022? and injectors, any recommendations on injectors or stock replacements are good enough?

BMW says dct fluid is lifetime but I ain’t cosy with that so going to replace that also.

22 on plugs.

Bosch injectors.

Pentosin or BMW fluid for a dump and refill.
If you do a full service on the DCT with filters and such then I'd pick Motul DCTF.

Rear diff gets 2L of Motul Gear Comp 75w140.

hey guys, does anyone have the updated link to the AMS program? I just made a new virtual machine on my mac, and try to redownload from the google link I have and it says the version is expried.

Also, 20K miles with the E45 tune, still rockin and rollin.

Hey does anyone know if we can read codes via AMS software ??

Just had differential lock/driving stabilisation/abs errors light up my dash.

Common issue with the ABS sensors but need to read codes to be able to tell which sensor to replace.

No...it's strictly for coding the DME. Try Bimmerlink or Carly for BMW.
