M4 Convertible Roof Hinge piece broken?

I have an M4 convertible and the roof works fine however I noticed one of the two plastic latch pieces on the roof broke recently. I put the top down tonight and saw that the same broken piece is now bent. Any idea on what causes this and how much it would be to get fixed?

If it's just that little plastic piece in the middle, its I think replaceable and cheap. (Just need it painted. It comes on/off - it shouldn't have come loose though, I'd get it to dealer/shop. I think its attached to the piece next to it.

I had an e92 hardtop that broke that piece in 2009. They just replaced it under warranty. I do know it was no big expense and easy.

I think this is it ?

I am having issues with that same piece on my convertible. The clips broke that are being held together by springs on the right side which I believe is part number 54377184038 but I am not sure . This totally sucks
