Hey guys at AWE,
I just got your switch path resonated exhaust with stock downpipes on my manual 2015 f80 and although I love the fit and finish and performance of the exhaust, the sound is somewhat lacking. I feel as if it sounds like a trumpet. It's really not pleasing. Now is this a characteristic of the s55 motor or is this something inherent with your muffler/pipe design? Would this issue be solved if I respect the resonator with a non resonated pipe? Please advise. Thanks. |

Unsure whether removing the resonators would help your situation. Check our YouTube channel and product page for videos to help your decision. |

It doesn't have a, "add to cart" option. It only shows, "find a dealer"?!? Cheers! |

Hi, i currently have the track edition on my 2018 comp pack F80 and I love it! However everyone around me isn't so fond of it as they find it too loud.... I was looking to buy the conversion kit to switch to the switchpath exhaust! How does the conversion kit work and is it possible to change my exhaust tips? I made the mistake of ordering the 90mm instead of the 102mms..

To change the tips, you'll need new tip merges that are built for the 102s. Send an email to JVoss@awe-tuning.com, his name is John. Let him know what youre after. |

You would bolt the SwitchPath rear section on, then bolt the valve motors on. Your ECU will respond as it normally would with the valves in place. |
