Nova Mechanic for Catless Downpipes

Hey guys, looking for recommendations for someone to install catless downpipes. I'm in Bristow out past Manassas. Not going to P-Tuning as they quoted me $475! Induktion quoted me $230, which is very reasonable, but it's a haul to get out there. RRT in Sterling says they don't install catless.

Given the recent posts on the FB groups about O2 sensors not being installed correctly or twisted wires for the sensors, I want to make sure I go to someone that has experience and good reputation with these cars.

Appreciate any recommendations you have. TIA.

Tuning Tech in Crofton? Try Pure Automtive too, both in MD though.

Thanks, but I'm trying to not drive an hour or more. After calling around to 10 or or more local shops, most of which said they don't do this type of work or they wanted $800 or more for the install, Hi Flo Exhaust in Manassas may be a viable candidate. Swinging by on Thursday for them to take a look.

Didn't think it was going to be so difficult to find a local shop without paying an arm and leg. If Hi Flo Exhaust doesn't work out, I'll just rent lift time at Ft. Belvoir and put them in myself or trek up to Induktion.

Thanks again!

Take your business elsewhere. I've dealt with Scott at Hi Flo in the past during my E92 M3 days. Worst shop owner I've ever met. Not sure if he's turned a new page since the last time i spoke to him but back then he was rude, hot headed, and overall super cocky.

I went to Hi Flo Exhaust few weeks ago to install AA mid-pipes and zcp exhaust.
They kept telling me that these are wrong parts and not going to work even though I told him that these parts are taken off by same year and model.

So I went other shop near by and installed in an hour haha.

They probably are good at deleting muffler and making their own straight pipe stuffs.
But the owner does not seem to even know shit about m3
I would not take my car ever never again.

Idrg2016 thanks for the feedback, good to know. Do you mind sharing who you went to so I can inquire if they install catless DPs?

Thanks!

I went to Manassas Autowerkes on Centreville Rd.
I'm not sure they can install DP but the guy takes his time and make sure everything is right.

Tell him you got referred by white m3 that installed AA mid-pipe recently.

Scheduled an appt for this Friday at Foreign and Domestic. $191 out the door. Not $174, but still a great deal. Thanks again, K9Guy! BTW, when he asked who referred me I told him "K9Guy".

Yeah that's what they said. I almost got screwed tho, they called back and said it was gonna cost $900 cause its an all day job. Said m3 is different from m4 and I was like

I was like they are the same car and he went and spoke to owner or manager and got it resolved and taken care of. Anthony a good dude, definite recommend for customer service and price. It was worth the long drive.
