Has anyone had luck getting these repaired under warranty? I was denied, and BMW NA said that I couldn't prove without doubt that it wasn't a chemical, track, or just heavy braking in general which caused the fade. Seems like this isn't an isolated incident. I'm replacing the brakes anyway, so not really concerned with a warranty fix, but am curious as to what is causing the fade, or if it's all similar build times? Mine in July 16 I believe.

I was quoted 3000 euro for having my CCB gold calipers replaced because of a reddish rusty looking discolorization.

Either in this thread or a related thread someone said they got them replaced because of the fading at the dealer.

I didn't have any luck when I asked my dealer. Ultimately it's as cosmetic an issue as there could be, and being able to replace them with strong vinyl stickers that are only a few $ out of pocket, I'm fine with that.

My calipers om 2015 F82 were fading, as was the m logo. I had the calipers redone in winchester red, then had supdec decals applied and a clear coat applied on top and the look is flawless. However, i went with black M instead of white

Did you get the right size? Those look a little bit small. I got a size too large the first time. I think my last order was 35mm x 12 mm

I ordered the 35x11 but they sent me ones that measure 30x10. They didn't believe me so I sent a pic I haven't gotten a respons

Update: they sent me the right size after I complained
