Best leather conditioner for light cracking

I've got very, very light cracking on one drivers side lumbar I'd like to start conditioning before it gets worse.

Not sure what happened but my leather has been perfect for 4 years and now I spot this area with light cracking out of nowhere.

I've been using Nextzett leatherpledge for years now and tried it on this with no luck. I also have both leatherique products to use and tried the rujuvenator overnight on a cold day in the garage, so not the most effective method and it did not work.

Any other ideas or products to try?
