Delete please - similar thread found

Anyone experience anything similar and work out the cause?

Maybe they dropped a screw/bolt when they did the work on your engine, now it's stuck somewhere and vibrations are making it cause all the noise. Check the splash shields under the car if you can get under there safely and hit them a few times with your hand or rubber mallet and see if it makes the same noise
I had a similar thing happen although it could be something else
