Avus Blau M3 gets a CQuartz Finest coating and Xpel!

Recently we had this gorgeous Avus Blau Metallic BMW M3 in our shop for some Xpel Ultimate clear bra and CQuartz Finest coating application! Our customer wanted to make sure his BMW Individual color will stay looking pristine for years to come. He decided to get the full front end and some high impact areas protected with Xpel Ultimate self-healing film. To top it all off, we applied a CQuartz Finest coating. We previously did the same exact treatment with our shop BMW M4 which is also a BMW Individual color, Laguna Seca Blue Metallic.

The first step in any process we start is first making sure the vehicle is clean! We start off using only CarPro Products on every vehicle.

Now that the M3 is all clean we can proceed with preparing the car for Xpel installation. Since this F80 is getting CQuartz, we need to polish the areas that are getting the clear bra installed first. We proceeded to polish the hood, front bumper and rear wheel impact area. Also, our customer wanted to have his factory rear wheel impact area replaced with Xpel Ultimate film which provides great coverage and it's better film.

Now that the car has been polished, we can begin the Xpel installation process. Even though the car has been already cleaned and polished, we must clean the vehicle with alcohol to ensure no residue or contaminants are still on the paint.

After the Xpel clear bra has been installed, it's time to apply the CQuartz Finest ceramic paint coating! We finish polishing the rest of the M3 and use a product called CarPro Eraser to prep the paint surface.

Here is the final product! This M3 received a full front end protection which includes:
-Full hood
-Front bumper
-Headlights
-Full fenders
-Side mirrors

Some additional areas that got protected were the A-pillars/partial roof and rear wheel impact area! Every Even the carbon fiber accessories were coated with CQuartz Finest!

Feel free to check out our Instagram or Facebook for daily updates on what we have going on in the shop. Also, don't hesitate to call (470-297-8301) or email (jaron@shineautosalon.com) if you have any questions!

Yeah, I don't know why it looks like that in the pic - definitely doesn't in real life! Looks fantastic after the Xpel and CQuartz application.

Loving my Avus Blue!
