AC Style Front Splitter Installation

Does anyone have this splitter and if so, can you share any installation tips? The thing comes with 3M tape, but I tried fitting the parts on the bumper and could not identify a good position for a decent adhesion with the tape. I'm not sure if I use self-tapping screws what's the best place to put them.

Please don't, ACS hasn't made any non rice looking parts since the e39 era
