Though I'd try out the cuztom_tuning CF splitters from Amazon..figured I could return them if they were terrible before I throw down 500 bucks on the autotechnik ones

Glad I gave them a shot..fitment is perfect all the way back to the grill. No gaps. Only downside is that you have to use solely the double sided tape. I was hoping for the tab on the bottom to screw into existing hole for insurance.

It was pretty decent. Here is my review.
"The arrows point to the front corners that are raised ever so slightly after taping this down. I think if I put thicker tape along that back run it would have lowered the front a little but then had a bigger gap. The circle is where the weave is bunched a little bit. Is it perfect no. Is it pretty good yes. From 10 foot away or from behind this spoiler looks great. Only when up close and really checking it out will you notice it's not perfect.

Has anyone tried the CF mirror replacements from cuztom_tuning or bulbxpert? Seems fitment for front lips, splitters and rear spoilers are decent and have been mentioned a few times in this thread.

The OEM install uses set screws all over the bottom of them up into the bumper. Well, they do when you have the bottom lip installed from factory.

Dont be scared to screw one in at the bottom back. No one sees it.

I ordered the Ikon lip...I know it has some iffy feedback here, but with the shit roads in our area (I'm down the road from you) and my M3 being lowered, I figured I'd destroy any CF lip I put on there, plus I'm cheap. For $100, I'll see how it fits and hope it's better than some of the feedback it got here.

Fitment 1-10(best), reason for score: 6/10
OK fitment. Had to remove and press back on a few times. Whatever mold they used wasn't very straight along the top of the mirror and passenger contour (towards the window) bulks out a bit. Driver side fits better. Both top corners do not line up perfectly, but it's close enough.

Quality 1-10(best), reason for score: 8/10 symmetrical and good weave. I noticed the back side is plastic versus the BMW replacements you can see the weave front and back of the mirror cap. Freaked me out for a second thinking it was faux carbon fiber.

I got my mirrors and my fit unfortunately, is about a 5/10. The finish is ok (there is one scratch in the clear that I will need to buff out). I do like the look of the mirrors and will keep them, but I would not leave them on if this was a show car. Hope, I am making sense here.

I did have to clean out the groove on the pass side at the top inside corner with an exacto knife and it fits a bit better after that.

Ikon lip came in today, and I gotta say the fitment seems pretty good. I have to add some extra support in a couple spots, but everything seems to line up. I only test fit it as I need some additional panel clips and I’m deciding if I want to paint it in a metallic black or leave it flat.

I'll take some more when I mount it- I only threw a few screws on to test fitment. I'm debating either wrapping it in CF or painting it.

Cheapo ikon lip painted and installed- the color isn’t a great match but that’s my own fault. I’ll keep it on for a bit and see how it does, if it lasts I’ll pull it off and wrap it. It needed a few extra screws for some additional support, but it seems like a good fit.

We must have gotten the same batch. I have the same exact fitment issues as you, especially on the passenger side.
