Best Factory-Style Exhaust Tips?

I have EPH (ExtremePowerhouse). Simple bolt-on and they have variety of color-choices, plus carbon fiber on the outside with ///M logo.

I asked a question on the site but no response. Are the carbon fiber tips for F80M3 (blue) titanium? Meaning they will blue over time with heat exposure? The example pictures shows 2 different shades.

Its not titanium ... They will eventually change colors like all other exhaust tips
