Stock 2015 M3.

Always had a bit of a rough idle. No codes and dealer says it's normal. Nothing to be concerned about. I'm current on all maintenance. Sparkplugs replaced <10k miles ago.

Never inconsistently rough. Just not the smoothest idle.

Bad gas can have that also, I got bad gas last week and refuses to idle smoothly and once I replenish the gas and refilled with fresh gas it corrected itself

Did you get misfires? I got a lot of those as well when I got some shit gas at Fred Meyers. The idle AND misfires were resolved after that tank for me.

No misfires, just hesitation to go like it suppose to, acceleration was weaker than before. Filled a fresh tank after running that precious one down and now it fixed itself back to normal.

I'm thinking it was just bad gas overall. Costco use the one hose for regular and premium gasoline and I think some regular from the lines may have entered when I requested premium fill up.
