If the vin tag is lactating, I'd say you probably want to perform an exorcism on your car.

First things first, check the area for any baby vin tags. When a vin tag lactates that generally means they've dropped a litter of them somewhere: they have a preference for fuse boxes and occasionally glove compartments, so check those first.

Secondly, make sure you lock your vin up at night or you'll have the same problem again in a couple of months. There are a lot of stray and homeless vins out there, so do your part and please have them spayed or neutered.

Careful, car milk is even more conductive than 5 gallon jugs of water.

Left out an important detail - was a proper vin lactation course completed?
