BACKSTORY:

So I ended up trading in my 2015 Silverstone F80 last Friday (9/15/17) for a 2018 F80...

Initially, I was really torn on parting with my Silverstone F80 as I truly enjoyed that car. I loved the color (easy maintenance too!) and spent a lot of time (and $) modding it to my liking.

BUT I was always intrigued with building another F80, specifically with Carbonstructure Cloth seats and a Comp Pack.
Of course I came across one that had both... AND had option 552 - Icon Adaptive Full LED headlights - WITHOUT the Exec Pack. What an added bonus!!! I definitely had to see this car.

I drove 93 miles to the dealership that had the car, checked it out, made an offer, and drove it home.

09.23.17 Update

First of all, wanted to give AutoCouture a huge thank you for turning this around so quickly! Took delivery of the car 9/15, dropped off at ACM 9/18, and picked up on 9/23 with these mods! Tommy, Pete, and Charlie thank you!

One of my regrets with my 2015 F80 was not getting a clear bra from the very beginning. Hence, for this go around, wanted to take it up a level and do something different --- stealth wrap the car to get that frozen/satin finish along with the added paint protection. Win win. I think Enthusiast Details did an amazing clean job on my BSM.

Thanks for sharing those pics I think it is the first time that I see those stripes on an M3 (I have seen them as part of the M performance parts list but not actually installed on a car)... Agree they need to go and hoping they didn't include that bullshit in the final invoice cause I would have lost my marbles if they told me I had to pay for this atrocity!

Thanks bro! You guys convinced me to go with carbonstructure cloth! I really like it so far! Hopefully it wears better down the road. Time will tell.

Really like the black 666Ms. might go OEM+ for a bit then we'll see if I mount the TE's!

Trust me, I argued back and forth as far as crediting me for the racing stripes. Unfortunately, it was port installed and on the actual window sticker. I even asked to get M perf floor mats instead to comp the cost of the racing stripes. But no good. Can you believe that was $465?
Oh well, I guess the 'free' Icon Adaptive Full LEDs made up for it!

It wasn't a custom order... just sitting in the dealer's lot, waiting for an enthusiast to pick it up! Saved me $4K too by forgoing the exec pack.

I know that game! I had deposit down for a SSII M3 back in 15 but on the dealer lot was the tanzanite/gold brown that I ended up getting instead. Like yours, it wasn't a customer order, just a car specc'd by one of the CAs.

That no exec. pack but with the icon lights is huge! I wish the lights were still a separate option.. after having the exec. I could live without it... but those lights

Oh yeah, I remember your thread. Tanzanite on Golden Brown interior right?!? That was such a stunning car.
One of the builds that I initially considered was Tanzanite on Full Amaro x ZCP x Exec Pack...
But yeah, glad I came across this car. Love the cloth interior! Saved me $$$ too. Oh and the 3 month wait would've killed me.
