If I wasn’t looking for a SMB I’d jump on this.

Now it’ll sit on the market for awhile at that price

White and Black CS models have always been 5-10% less than FDB, LRG, and SMB when hitting the market. The color just is not as popular and that how the market been with these colors last two years.

I know you keep track of mostly all CS data and fair to estimate between 300-350 CS models left with a clean title ? From your breakdown you found 120 of them with an accident on the title and still 240 to verify correct?

Prices of the vast majority of cars are continuing to trend downwards. This even includes models that were less susceptible to depreciation such as 911s. CS is no different.

This is definitely true. Look on BaT and C&B and you'll see a lot of RNM or seller dropping reserves to meet bids.

Yep, same with M4 models too. People who like white/black cars are in for a helluva deal with these cars!

Are you stocking up on CS cars? Or you're planning on selling yours?

This just popped up locally, no pics yet but expect they'll have them in a couple days. Top dollar for this one it appears. If anyone here is super interested, I can take a look for ya.

I’m interested to see how the market responds to this.. low mileage and non lease vehicle. No CCBs and non individual I would guess it ends up at mid-high 60’s?

Yeah, I would think that would be a reasonable number. I guess it just depends on the sales/manager mood that particular moment of that particular day.

Similar mileage on this one. Same color and spec. Sold for $67k + fees so the ask isn't insane for a low mileage car.

The one listed at the Porsche dealer doesn’t have the $8,150 optioned CCB’s though.

They finally posted pictures and at least it looks a lot cleaner than the scuffed up one that sold on BaT.
