You can get an aftermarket warranty. CPO would be coming from a dealer.

If you want a CPO'd M5 then you need to go to a BMW dealership and find a CPO M5. I just can't get my car CPO'd by BMW and then sell it, thats not how it works. You can however get an aftermarket warranty along with the factory warranty or you can extend the factory warranty with BMW.
