2018 M550i Lease Takeover (1 yr then pull ahead)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
****LEASE FOR ONE YEAR – THEN PULL AHEAD INTO NEW BMW****

Looking to transfer my leased 2018 M550i xDrive with ~14,900 miles. Car is fully loaded, in excellent condition (no dings, scratches, chips, etc.) and the registration paid through November 2019. The car has just about every option:

• LZFK Black Nappa Leather w/contrast stitching/piping
• ZDA Driving Assistance Package (Includes Head-up Display)
• ZDB Driving Assistance Plus Package
• ZDH Dynamic Handling Package
• ZEC Executive Package
• ZLS Luxury Seating Package
• ZPK Parking Assistance Package
• 2QR 20" V-Spoke wheels - style 759i with mixed performance
• 416 Power rear sunshade with manual rear side window
• 494 Heated front seats
• 6CP Apple CarPlay Compatibility
• 6F1 Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System
• 6U8 Gesture Control

There are some minor mods as listed below:

• M Performance Side Skirt Stickers
• M Insignia
• Black Grille
• Black Side Trim
• Window Tint
• Roof Wrapped (Can be reversed)
• Powder Coated Rims

Will throw in original parts and other trims pieces never installed:

Also included:

• BMS Stage 1: Crank = 86hp; WHP = 60
• Original Cost: $449.00

Adding this to the M550i places you closer to F90 M5 stock territory. The car is pure executive beast with comfort and luxury and the power to move. Not my thread but here is a similar car with same tune (Stage 1) hitting 0-60 in 3.47 Link => https://g30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1454007

Details:

• Lease Terms: 36mos/30K miles (833 miles per month)
• Contract End Date: Nov 3, 2020
• MSRP: $89,900
• Lease: $1,019.75
• Tax: $89.23
• Total Payment: $1,108.98
• Incentive: $1000 plus all the freebies mentioned above. Will also pay application fee after transition is complete (i.e., you pay up front and I will reimburse you at pick up). Just paid May lease payment. If deal is made after June lease payment, will not provide $1000 incentive.
• Also available for purchase for $67,500 OBO.

PM me if interested. I travel internationally but will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

BMW doesn't do pull ahead. You should have probably checked that out before falsely stating it on your ad. GLWS.

so why would someone pay 1.1k a month to lease a 5er...then want to pull ahead into a new BMW. Wouldn't they just start with a new BMW now and read the leasing thread so they don't get hosed.

I didn't get hosed because I paid zero down on this car so that $1.1k was my OTD agreement and includes tax. Also, this is not your average 5er and you'll see that the cost for a $90+k MSRP car is about this cost per month. Check the ads => http://www.swapalease.com/lease/BMW/...e=M550i_xDrive

Try leasing a fully loaded $90+K car with zero out of pocket for less than that. This lease payment is worth it for those who researched the car and find it provides the all in one luxury and power desired. My lease payment is actually not the highest seen for this particular car.

By the way, only interested in those interested in the car and not sideline comments. Thanks.
