I just wish there was a mod/hack to let there be a full screen back up camera instead of split screen.

ECU does not respond when using E-Sys or you just can't read it in Bimmercode?
If you can't read it in Bimmercode you just need to code FDL with E-Sys.
It can also be restored to OEM but that required an ENET cable.

Excellent help and remote work of kubax86, erased the error of the HEADUNIT ECU unit unit, installed CarPlay with full screen remotely, I am delighted with your work done on my BMW m4, I recommend to all your great work.

Kubax86. I bought one of the MMI kits for my 2015 m3. The guy didn’t send the cable that connects the box to the screen. Looks like it has blue connectors. Can you get this for me.

Just downloaded and installed the Apple Carplay widescreen code ... honestly took me longer to find a working USB stick than to actually install this thing. Worked flawlessly and I'm excited to use Waze again!

- is android Mirroring supported?
- is the WiFi antenna needed prior to installation? Or can it be installed after this upgrade?
- is battery charger required for the install?

1. Yes, it is
2. You can install afterwards
3. Yes, at least battery charger. Another car running connected by jumper cables could be also used.
