Nope. It looks like it's coming down the side, not from the o-ring inside that fitting. I would remove the short side intake tube and look down from the top side (easy first step). Check the valve cover on the passenger side for a leaky gasket since engine tilts to that side.
Last I would undo the turbo oil tube from the turbo and check that the o-ring isn't cracked or broken. It's a little harder to get access, which is why I put this step last. Put a new o-ring while it's apart. A substitute to pulling the oil tube would be to blast and wipe the area real good with Brakleen, then drive for a bit to see where the leak starts showing.
