It's hard to believe April's incentives will be any better...they might, but that's still a really solid deal. I'm having a hard time getting from 19% to 21% pre incentive. So I'd pull the trigger if you really love the car. Chances are you'd easily swap that in 6 months if you change your mind.

Have you verified w the dealer that new grad is applicable? I was not able to apply new grad on my 19 CS due to it being "an exclusion on the list of eligible vehicles" per dealer.

Definitely a decent deal above but dealer really isn't going that deep on discount. You have to remember there is 8k trunk money on the M4CS (as of March not sure what this month will bring) plus the additional 1,000 relief dealers were given. With those two factors the actual dealer discount is only about 12.5%. Think these deals are going to only get better from here.

True, i really tried hard to get more discount but realized this was the selling point, ended up signing at $730 with tax with $5250 due at signing. But i didnt pay additional $500 for capcost reduction for bmwcca so ill just keep the check
Hopefully youguys get better deal as time comes

Great deal given this is a 2020 and we haven't too many of these go for deep discounts yet. Did they give you any issues with stacking any of the incentives? Everything go smooth in your delivery?

Not at all, initially they said new grad is not eligible for CS but i told them i used it for my previous CS so they submitted and approved

I also told them to add penfed code as a Type J incentive ( domestic/military) and it went through as well

$730 including 10.25% tax only MSD due at signing i think i did ok.

In Canada, there are only thre options on the CS:
  • Alcantara steering wheel
  • CCB
  • PSS tires instead of PSC2 (no charge)
The CS come standard with many of the option on the normal M4. Here's a descriptive of the CS content I wrote a little while back:

For new grad discount do I need to be on the contract or can another family member living at the same address use it?

Thanks again for posting the deal break down. I think you can be very pleased with how that turned out. While things might improve in April, the challenge of inventory, shipping, etc might impact the overall deal.

The deal I was working was sold last night so it looks like I'm going to wait and see how things turn out in a few days.
