Rotor holes blocked with dust/residue

I just noticed that my steel rotors have their holes blocked by brake dust/residue. Some of them completely, other up to 50-60%. Is this something to be concerned with? Does it impact performance on track? Do I try to punch the holes clean? Or should I forget about it and not bother?

Don't worry, normal, they won't impact performance in any way
