Do you have the ignition module behind the start button? The one that needs to be taken out and has a harness that clips into it, that you also insert the start button into? It's shown in step 6 on this DIY: https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1436286

I have the passenger side sun visor.

And I have the start button ignition module that you speak of! Do you need just it or it and the harness?
