H&R Sport vs. Super Sport Springs (F80)

All,

I apologize if this thread already exists, but can someone post photos of the difference between the H&R Sport vs. Super Sport Springs for the F80? Also, which do you all prefer? I appreciate it!

I really dont have any decent photos, but on my passive f80, the SS front and f80 sport front heights stayed right about the same (regardless of h&r's stated difference). In the rear though, the SS was lower by about .25...to my eye, both rear drops are a little low and as im driving my car more around town, will be switching to HAS to bring up the whole car.

After doing further research, I'm a little worried. I am getting adaptive suspension and don't want to ruin it. I am thinking I would have to get an alignment done and alter the headlights, is this true? If not, I would probably just get the Sport Springs instead of the Super Sport. If anyone has insight on this please post.

Regardless of which spring, you will want to realign. I haven't had a need to realign headlights, but others may have.

As for the degradation of adaptive, others will have to chime in as I have passive.
