I'm getting the HAS installed on my M3 ZCP next week. How much have you guys lowered yours for everyday use?
I'm thinking max 5 mm rear and 15 mm front to keep it usable. And then maybe lower it for track day use.

That should work fine, would definitely set rear springs and not change it due to limited room for adjustment. Front springs are easy to adjust though.

How much issue do you have with scraping at that front ride height?

Well, I don't drive to Seattle anymore and I angle in as much as possible. I got the plastic bottom lip knowing this would happen, but still will be a PITA to replace.

Parts are in!

This kit seems much more complete than the KW HAS kit I had on my S4, which was only a spring with the adjustable collar. Is the KW kit for the M3 really identical to this (spring rates aside)? Noticeable difference with my prior KWs is the rears have a rubber piece that sits between the spring and collar. The front has the helper spring, is the M3 stock that way too? The plastic piece on the rear spring, is that there to prevent noise when the spring compresses?

I don't see a set screw for the fronts. How does the height stay in place?

What is the large cylinder piece for? Something for installation I presume?

The parts outside the box were part of the recommended hardware kit that I got, as per BMW instructions when ordering this.

This gets installed Friday

Is there a list of P/Ns and Qtys for the hardware kit you can post?

Here it is.

Looking at the instructions, it seems I don't have the spanner wrenches included in the MP HAS kit? There should be 2 different ones, front and rear I assume. For those that have MP HAS, was this included?

Yes there should be 2 wrenches somewhere, check all over the box. Thanks for posting the kit info. I bought my kit used and will be installing myself, but the instructions don't specifically state which hardware to replace.

You are right, they were taped beneath the springs on the other side that I hadn't removed from the box.

In the parts list page of the instructions there are items which say "not included in parts kit". This is likely what is included in the hardware kit. If a part is to be re-used it is specifically mentioned.

No issues daily driving at max drop front (25mm) and rear (20mm). For visual reference...currently on 18" wheels (w/ winter tires).

I think you might be mixing up the front and rear springs...

No, the stock rear springs do not have a "helper" spring.

The plastic triim on the front springs is indeed there to limit noise. Since these are progressive rate springs, the coils rest against each other in the middle portion of the coil where the plastic trim resides when the car rests on its weight.

Yes I guess I am mixing them up. On audis the fat spring usually goes in the rear lol.

I need to lower the rear. 10/12mm spacers also ordered along with Tommy L front mud flap.

Added a better shot of the front. Its very low (not at lowest setting), hoping adjusting rear will raise front slightly.

How are you finding the ride?

Seeing as the MP HAS is technically not approved for the M3 CS (only M4 CS), are you noticing any reduced ride comfort or any issues whatsoever?

And I guess most importantly, are you now scraping like mad where you weren’t before?

That looks good. I think I'm gonna get the 763m 20" rears for mine. (currently running 19 all around.)

It rides great. I've been careful so far and have only scraped lightly once and thankfully it wasnt the lip. Been driving low cars for long enough to know how to navigate.

My M4CS is coming in this afternoon, I'm so excited and finally going to rock this MP HAS kit, I didn't get a chance to install it on my current CP.
