BM3 CustomRom and Ethanol sensor

I am running a BM3 E85+meth customrom by F80Paul. My ethanol sensor has gone haywire and not reporting the ethanol content, I have removed it from the car until i can replace. (contacting BM3 support but not available on the weekend to ask this q)

Can I still drive the car with that tune if I have full e85 in the tank or will the tune register no sensor value and think the ethanol content is zero?

I would think that if you have a flex fuel tune it may think '0' but if it's an e85 tune only then it's maybe ok. Log it and find out.
