Buying a used second hand Oem battery

Thinking of buying a 2019 Bmw m4cs battery used
It’s dated on 2019

How can I check to see if the battery still good or how I can ask him to
show me to see if the battery is good?

What do I look for?

Thank you f80 family

At minimum it should show a voltage at the posts, ~13.2v.

That's the avoi the case where the internal BMS disconnected the battery to protect it from undervoltage, so it would show 0 volts.

Besides that, I don't really know, since it's not a traditional lead acid battery.
