Discharged Battery (no crank)

Hey guys, long story short, I was having some major coding work done on the car. After the coding, the car battery discharged (unable to use trickle charger, unfortunately). The warning appeared that "some functions may be turned off ", but would this also cause a no crank situation? I know f8x with the fancy lithium battery can be tricky. I was just wondering does that sound more coding or battery related. Still scheduled for some more work tomorrow, but just my curiosity. Thanks in advance
