Rear Door (both sides) HK speakers not working

I ordered my F80 directly from the factory around the summer of 2015. I'm happy to report I still love it like day one.

I'm not happy to admit I just now noticed something wrong...that probably has existed since that first day....

All four speakers on the rear doors of the HK system do not work!!!

Anyone have an easy fix and/or troubleshooting steps.

I messed around with the F-R L-R settings. No luck there...

I forgot to add...

All fronts work, subs under the seats work, and the rear deck speakers work.
