Minor clicking noise from drive train

My m4 is at 60k miles and recently has started to make this metal clicking noise when accelerating from a stop. Its at the moment when all the energy starts to move the car.

It’s not the diff bushing like I thought because those were checked and good. Doesn’t happen all the time mainly when the car has stopped for a few seconds. It sounds like it’s coming from the front to mid area of the car.

I’m thinking either trans bushing, flex disc or engine mounts?

I am tuned on XHP and BM3, any suggestions or experience?
