Same thing here, I thought I had a shot to make the Don Juan but it was not to be, the hotline says my car finished production on 11/10 and did not make it to the port until 11/20. Now I am hoping to make the Resolve but who knows. It will get here one of these days. . .

Yeh I'm a bit annoyed as the next ships won't arrive til the 17th and 18th.
Meanwhile my oem 18's are showing up this Friday.

I really just want to see the car before signing papers, while also being eligible for the holiday credit.

Mine was "sitting at port" for like 3 days after the boat I was hoping to make left before the systems caught up to the car actually being on board... There is still hope!

Finished (155) nearly 3 weeks ago and not a single status update. Is this normal? My CA thinks my car is at port and the "system" hasn't caught up yet, but three weeks without an update -- come on!

Mine was built last week, but isn't on a ship yet. I looked at one of the transporters schedules, and the next ship that would head to the west coast won't leave until Mid-December...

So frankly I'm expecting that's where my car will end up, and so I won't get it until Jan or Feb.
(Ordered in the first few days of August)

I think it's hard to decipher the BMW production process. I finished production on 11/11, arrived the port of departure on 11/15, and was on the Don Juan that set sail on 11/19. It should arrive in Brunswick late this week.

I called this morning and I am on a a boat! The California Highway, scheduled to land on 12/10 in Brunswick, GA. That ship is nowhere to be seen on the W&W ship schedule which is odd but hey, who cares? It's finally on it's way.

Because it's a KLINE ship. www.kline.com. Search for it on Marinetraffic.com

My week 45 car just hit Brunswick and was unloaded yesterday. Hope to see it this week as I'm only 300 mi away.

Cheers

Spoke to a live person at 1-800# today, released to sales and then to transporter today, so hopefully my 3 weeks of sitting around since finishing production on 11/13 is done.

Being in 155 that long isn't normal. Call BMWNA and have them escalate you to a resolution specialist. It'll take 3-4 days for them to get back to you but they can generally tell you what's really going on with the car.

I hope it's nothing serious. But as someone who was stuck in 181 for 6+ weeks I know how frustrating this is when you don't know what's up.

I did as you suggested and was told by BMWNA to contact my CA to further escalate the issue. My CA claims that he has already reached out to someone in Baltimore for more information but hasn't received a response yet.

This may be a stupid question, but just wondering if anyone knows. If i am in PA (Philly) i assumption is that the ship my car will come on will arrive in New York (NJ) port?

Thanks!
