Cracked MPE Repair and Reinforcements....

I've been getting a lot of request about how I repaired the cracks and tears on my MPE. So i decided to post some pics. Its been about a year since the repair and its still holding up. It doesnt rattle any more ....and the sound is much more solid and less raspy.

The key is to make sure your welder knows how to weld Titanium. This is a specialized skillset and need correct equipment for Ti welds... Otherwise, you will just punch a hole or weaken entire side wall if the welder doesn't do it right.

Also, I decided to add reinforcements to reduce stress off of the side walls to prevent future cracking. I bought a 3ft — 3/4" Titanium tube which was more than enough for welder to cut and install 4 support brackets.

I just used 3M tape... per PSM no need to screw anything on unless i track car. Seems to hold up ok. I have more pics on instagram. @ste4lthedF82

really nice build bro! is there any new mods comming? I checked your head light `BavGruppe "Vision" Blacked out Headlights` did you get the full headlights or just the kits to mod your self? seems they only sell mod kits?
