Some of these insurance payments I'm seeing are unbelievable, can't believe how high they are for a lot of you!

Oh wow. How do people even afford to have a nice car there? Guessing with car payments + insurance = $1000+ monthly just to have the F8X.

I thought mine was high paying $115 a month in Chicago.

KC - first quote yesterday is right around $90 a month with $500 deductible. Not bad and somehow less than my wife's 2013 X3.

I'm 24 yo and geico quoted me $458/mo $1k deductible. 5 accidents (none at fault) and 3 tickets

Progressive has me at $220/mo. Might be worth looking into

Right?

All 5 accidents were me being rear ended.

A ticket for turning left at the wrong time of day, a ticket for turning right on red, and a 5 over speeding ticket.

Sounds worse than it actually is lol

You’ve had some bad luck dude! I’ve never heard of a speeding ticket for 5 over...is there more to that story?

I’m 50. Clean record with State Farm. Full comp and collision with $500 deductible. Cost was about $65/month to add the M4 to our multi car policy. Glad I don’t live in NYC!

Any speeding ticket under 10 miles an hour over the limit where I live gets tossed by the judges. Courtrooms are already 12 months behind with cases...don't need ridiculous speeding tickets added to their docket.

Yeaup. Unfortunately I was in college and didn't have time to make the court case as it was around midterms. I think that one definitely would've been dropped; the other ones I tried with no success.

EDIT: The ticket was for 5 over. If I remember correctly I was going 9 over but still
