Not enough difference between this and the M4CP for me. Nice for those that want a special edition and couldn't get a hold of a GTS. Tail lights are awesome though.

GTS $134,000>142,600 euros >153,000 cdn
CS ? $US ? > 116,900 euros > ? Cdn ?

I think you are a bit low on both, $104.5K US and 124k CDN are my guess.

That puts the us at 70K, 105k and 134k for the lineup.

I am also in deep reflection on this. Is the CS worth it over a well optioned CP with M-Performance Wheels, Exhaust, HAS, CF front lip and spoiler ?

I hope you and a lot of people in Asia don't buy your cars because of what you just stated. You buy your cars based on what you like, how much you think it's worth and how you intend to use it. Period.

It's not just cars. You should apply that to a lot of things in life.

Another datapoint :

Base M4 $66,200USD<76,500CAD<76,700Eur

Plus, we get a fair bit more standard features in the base M4 than they do in Germany.

What's up with that with that wheel gap again? I was thinking they'd give it the M Perf HAS at least...

DCT and especially the price are a mood killer, though. EUR116k base means that a fully loaded one will be in the 140's The changes over ZCP don't seem to me that significant enough to justify the price imo.

P. S.: I predict the CS bits will be in demand for those with civics.

you realize the cdn dollar is pretty shitty right now and in 2014 our dollar was a lot stronger.

using the GTS numbers would be the most accurate.
Those are 2017 numbers...

I am not surprised that the MSRP of a CS with all options/features will be around the same or slightly below a GTS. Probably, it will be easier to acquire one compared to GTS?

100K USD for this car I don't believe is worth it especially considering all the equipment that is optional on it and the one f***ing option that most people want or care about (Manual Transmission) isn't even available.

Also, a lot of the parts that seem to add to the price seem to be cosmetic stuff like the OLED lights. If they had invested on just performance, 100K USD would've been justifiable.

So you're suggesting that these will be difficult to obtain, therefore limited due to availability? Like the GT4?

Interesting hypothesis, time will tell. Although the GTS, which is actually limited by number, is no longer a unicorn.

BMW is here to make money. So if most ppl wants a manual, BMW would of put the manual in. Its fact that most ppl don't want the manual now.

It may seem a lot, because those are the only ones that will post to complain about it on the forms. The ppl perfectly fine with the DCT wont post to complain and stay quiet.

Not sure I agree here. The price of cars in our local market are based on our local market. Exchange rate is not a huge factor in the pricing strategy.

When I bought my M4 back in 2014 when the CAD was at parity with the USD, it was shockingly expensive when factoring exchange rate with the US. They did not drop the price due to the high CAD. Way back in 2001, when I bought my first M3 (an E46), they had me sign a waiver (not sure how much legal value that had ) that I would not re-sell it in the US because it was so dramatically cheaper in Canada when considering exchange rate.

sure, think what you like. Maybe for once you will prove me wrong on the M4 CS.

100k USD and 120k CDN range is what I am predicting. What are you thinking?
