Zunsport grill guards

Seems the M2 forum members like this product. Has anyone here tried these on their M3 or M4?

Would you recommend? Any pics to share?

Anyone mount these on a F80 or F82 CS? Are grill openings the same size as base and ZCP models?

I believe all F8X share the same front bumper. There is no physical difference between ZCP and base. You can only tell a ZCP vs base from the seats and sound. The blacked out badges and chrome removal can be done on any M3/M4.

I installed them about a month ago and completely forgot about them until I saw this post. Super easy install but what too long for me was removing all the dead leaves that had accumulated over the years inside the grill.

Yes - I drove 45,000 miles on my 17 ZCP and accumulated plenty leaves and a couple cigarette butts. The holes seem 0.5 inches or are they smaller? I assume they'll keep the leaves out and other junk except for super small stuff.

I think they're around 0.5 inches. Haven't measure them! But yeah seems they keep a good chunk of stuff from entering the grill area. TBH I bought them since I track my M3 alot. So we'll see if they stand up to the test!

I never did buy these. Fast forward I just put on a new euro bumper cover and cleaned out behind the grill during the install.
Checking back in here to see if these stood the test of time? Also curious if you can tell whether they wear marks in the paint over time where they rest on or touch the plastic bumper cover?
Thanks!

I'd just spend a little extra and upgrade the heat exchanger with rock guard.
