Avus Blue ZCP M3 After PPF & Ceramic Coating

I had Paint Protection Film installed on my front bumper, fenders, hood and outside mirrors. That was finished yesterday. Drove it straight to my detailer and left it with him. He did the interior leather conditioning and carpet protection yesterday and the exterior ceramic coating today. I picked it up this afternoon and am a VERY happy man!

My Paint Protection Film was installed by Strictly Films in Bloomfield, NJ. My M3 was ceramic coated by JSM Mobile Detailing (services north and central NJ). I HIGHLY recommend them to those who live and/or work in NJ!

I’m thinking about it. My hang up is that I like the stock rear ride height. Sucks that the front is so high but, it was even higher so it settled a little bit.

Awesome color. I saw that blue in person at my dealership and fell in love at how well the f80 wears it. The '95 e36 M3 looks good in it, but the f80 is just on another level. Congratulations and enjoy, your car is stunning.

Killer color combo!

You should do the rear quarter, rockers, rear bumper and doors. The tires stick out so far. If you care...

I did full front, extended rear quarter and rear bumper when I bought it and wish I did rockers and doors.

Rear quarter panel looks like it's been sand blasted after 2 years- thank god it's protected.

I did but, I thought about replacement cost for the matte vs the carbon fiber, the fact that it was discounted even further by having the port installed exterior package (of which matte was the one included) and me looking at hundreds of pics of blue F80/F82 with different lips installed prior to finalizing the build. I like the matte lip with blue exteriors as much as carbon. Now I’m trying to figure out whether I should get matte side skirts or carbon? That decision is way tougher!

I still have my 15 SO for another couple of days. It has 36k miles and 30k+ of that was highway driving. Don’t really have so much in the way of rock chips on the body except for MANY on the front bumper but, I will go closely over the rockers and quarters of the SO today, see how many there are in order to see if it’s worth adding more PPF to certain areas. Thanks for the suggestion.
