I think it's because it is so cold here that we are not able to get hot headed.

For some reason I'm just now seeing this thread, and though the thought of needing a warmer shifter has never crossed my mind, I realize my life has never felt complete without one! Where do I purchase this phenomenal item? It gets fairly nippy here in Michigan as well you know?!...

Price is with shipping included zero, since this is my punishment for making fun of the snow zone folks here and because sadly these reviews have not been accurate of the quality of products.

My worst ideas usually need a few years to cook to become a good story. A few friends and I go hunting every now and then, no guns, no plan, lots of alcohol and the weekend always ends with a trip back home when we all try to come up with words to our spouses about how the deer we killed looks and tastes like supermarket pork. We've accepted were idiots and their wives must know it too. In my case, everybody knows it already so no worries. I'm happy to report it was +18C here today. A great weather to knit outside warmers for our freezing members.

I have these ready for you and they are in my car already with a stupid card ready to be shipped, but sadly my other hobby has taken every damn second of my life. I can also tell you my puppy has been sick. If that doesn't warm your hands and heart with Virtanen industries, nothing will. Sorry man, I've been busy and I forgot to ship it. Besides, we all know really high end products are impossible to get!

I should have one short day this week, I'll get on it. Still, only a months worth of delays are less than the original trio got. I still haven't shipped Wah's replacement since I expect the fucker at some point get tired and fly over to pick it up himself.

Questions
Sorry to dredge this up in the middle of summer, but I just stumbled on this and I am intrigued by this mod.
First of all, to the OP for his informative review and DIY instructions. Before pulling the trigger on this mod, however, I do have a few questions:

I'll try to answer your questions as best I can, but you may want to double check with the manufacturer as she is pretty opinionated and may have other things to say..... Quote:
as you can see, the line in the "After" graph is much, much higher. Much. Quote:

....in fairness, 7.5 of those were spent in "post-tool" stuporous nap/sleep so YMMV. Quote:

Bit of a pickle in that to file there you have to be able to correctly pronounce it (after using many of the installation tools), otherwise there will be an automatic award dismissing the arbitral claim. Quote:

There is definitely NOT a DCT version. The manufacturer sent me one that was supposedly for DCT, but I think she thinks DCT is the same as an F3x Steptronic. It didn't fit. I am still waiting for my replacement. |
