Status 112: How long until vehicle begins production?

Like I said, there's most likely an NYK ship that leaves sooner than that. You'll need to look on Google for their schedule, it's not as simple to find as WW.

There's nothing that you can do to get it sooner on the boat. BMW does the booking. From 3/26 to 4/7, that looks like enough time to make it.

Order Placed = Aug 9
Build week 41 identified
Production Started = Oct 6
Production Completed = Oct 15
Loaded on Vessel (Aniara) = Oct 19
Arrived at VPC(Oxnard) = Nov 14
Picked up from Dealership = Nov 19

Good to know. So I can expect it as early as first week of May.

To divert my attention off the build, I'm going to start looking & ordering my mods:

It takes about 7~9days. Mine took 9 days. Once your car is finished with production, the REAL wait began!!

I hate the wait lol. My car will be completed on 3/26 and we'll see how long it takes to get get to Los Angeles

I struck gold at my dealership as the two orders ahead of me blew up - and I was elevated to #1 just as the dealer got an 2023 allocation. Ordered two weeks ago and officially have a status code of 112 as of Friday. Taking delivery in SC - will be nice to have a BMW back in the garage…
