Address book after iOS 13 or 13.1 update

Hey fellas.
I noticed after this ios update, the address book would still have names stored but when I look at my recent call list via idrive screen or through the HUD, all i get is phone numbers. Also during calls only shows up numbers on the idrive screen. Anyone else?

iOS 13 is buggy as hell after coming out last week.

iOS 13.1 came out earlier this week

iOS 13.1.1 came out today.

And it's still buggy.
