Map theme won't change

Hey guys,

I am stuck with this bluish "tim burton" map and it won't change. I am switching to standard, nothing, I am putting day or night or automatic, nothing. Is there any secret I dont know?

There used to be a selection for "traffic map" or something similar under the RTTI section.

See if it's there. If that map is checked that would be the problem.
