WTB: F80 M3 Manual trans, HK sound, exec pack. <50k miles <$40k

I recently got into a DCT F80 and I'm not liking it, I need a manual trans. Looking for one with less than 50k miles with a manual trans, and at least HK sound, and exec pack. I am in Chicago but I can do shipping if needed.

I currently have a 2015 alpine/ black fully loaded except CCB currently with 49k miles, I'd trade it straight up if anyone is interested in that route.
