Use a hair dryer or heat gun to make it more malleable. Holding up great so far.

Two questions:

1. In my 17 M3, it would show on the dash/display my settings between (comfort, sport, sport plus) but in the 19 M4CS I don't see that?

2. In the M4 CS, why is there no fancy thing that would bring the seat belt forward for ease of pulling it and buckling yourself up?

Thanks.

1. It’s an iDrive setting, sorry can’t remember where.

2. No idea.

I was going to get a ZCP but couldn't pass up an opportunity for the CS that came my way.
Thank u for the feedback! looks like a great car

I've got my CS less than a month ago and have gotten an alignment along with may 1200 mile break in service. Does anyone else have the pulling/drifting to the right issue? I thought it was corrected by the dealership, but it still pulling.

Otherwise it's been great.

To clarify, after you just putting this under the lip? Not on the front edge?

I don't do alignments at the dealership. Go to West End Alignment if you are in socal.

1. This is not a “CS” thing, it is an iDrive setting on all M3/4 where you chose to display either the fuel consumption or the ///M drive setting.

2. Answer: weight reduction. While the E92 M3 coupe had that arm for the seatbelt, it was removed on the F82.

M4cs owners, can you post your treble/bass and EQ settings?

Mine is this:
Treble +2
Bass +5

EQ:
100Hz -2
200Hz -4
500Hz 0
1kHz +2
2kHz 0
5kHz 0
10kHz +1

I have my preset button #6 to be surround on/off to select it at will without needing to go through the menu's. I set my EQ that way to reduce the mid-bass notes and to flatten out the bass response and it seems to have worked (at least to my ears).

It seems like the higher the bass is adjusted, the more mid-bass boom it creates, so I may play around with this more to get a better balance of low vs mid bass notes by different combinations, but I haven't had much seat time with the car.

Happy with the sound system, it definitely sounds as though its utilizing the most out of its 205watt amplifier (actually sounds like it has more to be honest, must be putting those 2ohms speakers to good use!)

How’s winter/snow driving with the CS? What tires/wheels are folks happy with? Anything particular about this car in those conditions as opposed to other similar RWD cars?

No different than any other F80, 82. I use pilot alpine 4 in stock sizes.

Thanks. It’s been a while since I had a RWD - last one was a 2011 E92 M3. That one had (much) less torque than the F80/82, so wasn’t sure how well they play with snowy conditions.

By stock size you mean you run the staggered 19/20 setup on stock CS rims?

I have the same issue. Alignment was checked and it was pretty good they say. I have been dealing with it but it's really annoying. I'm taking it back in. My last 2 F80s did not do this. I'm wondering if it's a CS problem?

Not a CS problem. My base M4 did it back in 2016 and my comp pack rattled on the inside and pulled a little to the right a few months ago. My CS has no issues so far at 4500 miles in 3 months.
