Here's the first part!
"The MCS Shock Pressure Gauge is an essential tuning tool if you are using one of our remote reservoir damper systems. This high quality piece will allow you to obtain an accurate reading of the nitrogen pressure in the remote reservoir(s).

With a built-in schrader valve, you can both fill and bleed easily, making nitrogen pressure adjustments easy, accurate, and efficient."

A filled bottle/tank of compressed nitrogen would be the next part. I feel like this would be sourced locally. Where though?

Lines? Maybe some sort of a frame/dolly to put the bottle in for mobility?

Look into the Wine industry for small nitrogen tanks the size of camp-stove tanks. Maybe you could adapt one. Not sure of source PSI. Quality is food grade (best).

Anyone have a comprehensive list of parts? My new coilovers are on the way. I would really like to get this recharge kit going.

Nitrogen fill kit

You will need a pressure tank for the nitrogen. 40 cu ft or less if using just for shocks which hold very little gas. My tank has lasted for over 10 years. I bought mine from a local gas / welding supply store (Air Products.)

Next you will need a single stage gas regulator. I bought mine from the shop above. McMaster Carr has them. 250psi or higher outlet pressure to have at least 200psi at the shock fill tool.

https://www.mcmaster.com/welding-gas-regulators

High pressure air hose (300psi). Normal tire pressure hose may not be rated for the pressure you need. McMaster Carr. Just decide on the length you need - shorter the better to reduce pressure drop from tank to shock.

https://www.mcmaster.com/pneumatic-hose

I use quick disconnect fittings to attach the hose to the gas regulator and the air chuck that you will use to attach to the air valve on the shock fill tool. Two pair. Universal style. Just pay attention to male/female npt ends for what you are connecting (gas regulator, hose and air chuck.)

https://www.mcmaster.com/quick-disco...ngs-for-air-9/

Air chuck. https://www.mcmaster.com/air-chucks/

Shock inflation tool as shown in the earlier post. I use a Penske tool which is carried by Pegasus Racing. Longacre has one that might be easier to use depending on how difficult it is to reach the shocks. It can be attached directly to the hose eliminating the air chuck.

http://www.longacreracing.com/produc...70&itemid=7270

Crescent wrench (or correct size open wrench) to connect the gas regulator to the nitrogen tank.

You cannot check shock pressures because they hold so little gas - it will be lost in the process. Just hook up the fill system and pressurize - typically 200psi.

Yes, Amazon has this stuff. Do you want quality or not?

Nitrogen Refill kit

Just to close the loop.

After spending too many hours looking for something similar to this..

1. MCS sells a Nitrogen Refill tool that is available at Bimmerworld
As I understand it, you still need a tank and a regulator for that to work

2.Kustom 1 Warehouse sells a kit with or without a bottle either on their website or on ebay, which I believe is the kit above.
As of today the kit is $239 without a bottle or $329 with a bottle.

http://www.kustom1warehouse.net/Nitr...itrogenkit.htm

http://www.kustom1warehouse.net/Nitr...itnobottle.htm

These fit a shrader valve and should work for all shock manufacturers.

Additionally, Longacre sells a refill tool that is digital an precise within 1.5% +/- for $239.

when I got the first set of MCS 3WR in 2016 or something there was a company that built some sweet $600 briefcases that had an alu bottle and everything needed to fill up. That's what I use for the yearly refills

I have the MCS tool. It's an analog version of the Longacre one you linked at $100 less but it doesnt have the foot long hose.

As for the kustomwarehouse kits, you can get the same stuff for $100 less by getting a regulator on amazon for ~$50 and a tank locally for around $150.

I check at the beginning of every season. They lose so little air...
