Re-tune after MST Intake install?

Hey Guys -

I'm running bootmod3 stage 1 on my F82. I'm installing MST Intakes soon. Will I need to re-tune with stage 1 after I install the intakes?

I have some drop-ins + charcoal delete right now, but installing new intakes for the sound.
